Do you ever get that “I told you so” feeling? Wait a sec, let me qualify that…do you ever get that “I told you so” (inside voice only) feeling?
Throw great customer service into the mix and I can honestly say that I do…a lot.
Let me direct your attention to one of my very first posts on axis hair salon in Vancouver. It’s almost been four months since I wrote down a few words about the experiences I’ve had with Suzanne and the staff at axis. Since that time, a lot has happened, apparently!
I was recently in to see Suzanne and was pleasantly surprised to discover that her referrals from timinganddelivery have been significant. One of which, and this is the cool part, was from the other side of the world (Australia) who since moved to Vancouver only later to discover that they actually had a friend in common from surf school.
What are the odds? Slim. What was the result? A great experience with axis and perhaps a new friendship!
I love brining people together…especially when it comes down to sharing things I’ve discovered and having others check it out for themselves. After all, we are all consumers, no?
Speaking of consumers, since the August 15th axis post, axis hair salon placed first in the hair salon category of the Georgia Straight’s Annual ‘Best Of Vancouver’ issue. I’ve had a run in with the Georgia Straight’s Annual ‘Best Of Vancouver’ issue with another timinganddelivery favourite; however, this one isn’t for humans.
I have to say that I’m not overly surprised at the feedback I got from Suzanne and the interest in axis hair salon. In my mind, great service should be rewarded and if it isn’t, it’s only a matter of time before others find out about it.
So, to those of you who’ve read what I had to say and discovered axis hair salon in Vancouver…and in the nicest inside voice possible…”I told you so!”
Darren
