I’ve written a lot about where to go to find the best service (and where you should probably ‘take a pass on’). In other words, I’ve directed a fair deal of commentary towards businesses. But what if it was the other way ‘round?
That’s right…what if stores/restaurants/shops started selecting which customers to serve (and how to serve them) based on their own rule book?

A girl friend of mine recently told me a story of driving home from work one evening trying her best to fight off the symptoms of her flu. Unfortunately she was not doing so well and in her dire state she knew that if she didn’t pull over and use a washroom it would turn into a very messy situation. So she stopped at the first little restaurant and ran in explaining to the hostess that she was very sick and needed desperately to use the washroom. She was turned away because ” the washrooms were for customers only.” My very lovely, professional, business woman friend shat herself because of this rule. Can you believe it!? That’s all
