Radiohead blazed a trail last Fall by offering its latest album In Rainbows as a free download, asking only for donations. What happened? Over 1 million downloads at an average of $8 per album happened. I did the math for you…about $10 million!
But wait! There’s more.
Earlier this week, Radiohead et al released a very unique video from one of the strongest tracks on In Rainbows (in my view) - House of Cards.
The cool thing about it, no cameras, no lights, no nothing. All cutting edge, nerdy kinda technology. It’s worth 4 minutes and 32 seconds of your time, believe me.
