If you’ve been reading timinganddelivery.com for a while, you’ll know that I’m all about new and innovative ideas. Well, I’ve stumbled into another one that I thought was kind of cool and wanted you to know about!
As it’s almost Christmas time, and I’m sure there are some of you out there who don’t wait until the last minute to do your Christmas shopping (like I do). If you’ve got time, and like saving money (two things that are pretty nice), I think Save Buckets will in fact do just that…save you buckets. That is, if you’re cool with the whole online shopping thing.
Here’s the deal:
What is it?
It’s an online price comparison and shopping tool (yes, I checked…they have Guitar Hero 3).
Why use it?
In terms of customer service, what this blog is all about, Save Buckets ‘gets it’. They allow you to live a happy life without the hassle of going back n’ forth between stores looking for the best price for a particular item.
How do they do it?
I don’t rightly know, but it seems pretty cool to me! I particularly like the idea of getting an email when they find the price I want.
Sounds like great timing and delivery to me…

The website that you listed is UK based. I find pricescan.com and pricegrabber.com more useful for US based shopping sites. Even better still is shopbot.ca which searches Canadian shopping websites. One I have bookmarked but don’t use extensively is secretprices.com which factors in shipping, coupons and rebates.
A search for a Plantronics 855 stereo bluetooth headphone (for workouts) comes up as $75CAD, $75USD from secretprices.com and none from the UK website.
