Try the largest class action lawsuit in Canadian history taking aim at ALL of the major providers: Bell Mobility, TELUS, Rogers, SaskTel, MTS, and Aliant. That’s a lot of phones. That’s a lot of money. How much? How’s $20 billion sound?
What could this mean to me (and potentially 15 million other Canadians who use cellphones)? If the suit is successful, it could mean an average payout of $600 to $700 per customer, depending on the length of time they’ve been paying the fees. That probably got your attention.
