timinganddelivery turns 1!

30Jul08

Remember those ads on TV for I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter?

timinganddelivery_one_year_old.pngWell, lose the butter and TV ads and cut to today: I can’t believe that time has gone by so fast! Today marks timinganddelivery.com’s 1st birthday.

It all started with an idea to shout customer service experiences from the hilltops. The point? Good question! One person’s view (and others’ opinions) on where you should go/shouldn’t go to get it/not get it.

Our first post on hapa izakaya has generated had a phenomenal amount of traffic (for both us and the restaurant!) and we’ve been fortunate enough to have some great sponsors join us along the way (see sidebar to the right).

We’ve also very happy to have been featured in The Westender, and The Vancouver Sun.

And most importantly, despite everything that’s been written, our partners and the third parties that have picked up on what we’ve been throwing down, without you, the reader, none of this would have been possible.

Thanks for a great first year…stay tuned for lots more!

Happy Birthday! I’ve enjoyed reading Timing and Delivery for the past year. Great reporting, and fantastic writing. Keep up the good work!
