    Thanks for that, Kim.

    You’re right, our survey was conducted informally through Urbanspoon (read: and is therefore, pretty fast n’ loose). If there is a scientific way to rate sushi restaurants, we certainly aren’t aware of one. :)

    Just grab half a dozen of food bloggers to go to a specific sushi spot, lather, rinse and repeat for about 20+ places, one every weekend (or every other day!). Not more necessarily more scientific but it would be fun, hehehehehe.
