Back in the summer, I told you about Brooklyn Clothing in Vancouver (more specifically, Yaletown) so I won’t be getting into a tonne of detail about what it is. For that, check out the original post.

What I am going to tell you, though, is the service I received during my ‘boxing day’ excursion to Brooklyn Clothing Company.

As I typically don’t like to brave the masses on boxing day, I decided that Brooklyn Clothing in Vancouver was a must do after receiving some well-timed and cleverly put together client emails from Jason (the owner).

The deal, which I still think is going on, was 10% off the first item, 20% off two items, or 30% off three items. Yeah, I went for three items (actually went for five, but I’ll leave it at that). Selection was awesome (and still is)! I’m being honest and saying that the service, coupled with the quality of the merchandise is worth your time.

Although Jennifer has moved on, both Jason and Chris are excellent and take an interest in their clients and their overall satisfaction. Things like:

1) remembering your name;

2) what your preferences are;

3) what your last purchases were; or

4) what they think would look good on you all constitute great customer service in my view.

Take it from me, this is how they do it…and have been doing it, since the beginning.
