First of all, I hope everyone is having a great Holiday Season!

As most of you who decided to brave the masses and tackle today’s Boxing Day sales are probably still ripping the tags of your newly acquired loot, I thought I’d keep this post brief. What I’d like to do is ‘dot the i’s and cross the t’s’ from a post I wrote last week entitled seamless service.
The ‘mysterious’ boutique I mentioned in that post was the Coach Vancouver store (specifically, on 755 Burrard Street near Robson Street). I won’t go into details about the quality of the service as the post speaks for itself…suffice to say, it was worth writing about (positively)!
For those of you who are interested (and have a Coach ‘thing’ going on), I ended up selecting the Coach Bleecker Signature Duffle and like I said, was so impressed with the way I was treated (and the reaction the gift received on Christmas morning) that I know I will be back at some point.
It’s nice to know (although not overly surprising) that I’m not alone in my Coach customer service experience, particularly after reading about Melinda’s personalized experience or Janeane and Tatyana’s treatment by the sales staff at the Coach store in Seattle! However, it’s not all peaches n’ cream for everyone, according to j’adore dior over at mallvibes.com.
We all probably know by now that you can’t please everyone all of the time, so there’s bound to be mixed opinion. When good service happens (or doesn’t happen), though, I make note of it. For Coach on Burrard here in Vancouver…I’m happy and I think you should know about it!
