If you’ve been reading timinganddelivery.com for a bit, you may already know about Gallagher the goldendoodle. 
Regardless, if you own a pet and have ever been curious as to where to take it to receive the best care, I’ve done your homework for you…just keep reading.
The answer to the question I’ve just indirectly posed: Granville Island Veterinary Hospital.
Gallagher recently had to pay a visit to his friends over at the Granville Island Veterinary Hospital and I have to say, that the service we received (yes, we both were ’served’), was outstanding. Why do I say this with such vigour? I’ll tell you:

As I have had a very busy schedule lately and was out-of-town, I had pre-arranged an appointment with the staff at Granville Island Vet (there always seems to be someone there to take your call at (604) 734-7744 - big points!)

Even though my regular doctor wasn’t available (Dr. Ignacio…who is great, by the way) they set Gallagher up with someone equally as good (Dr. Clark)

Because I wasn’t around my neighbour took him in - no problem at all from an admin standpoint

I called Granville Island Vet to get a rundown of what happened once I got back into town and Dr. Clark explained to me what I needed to know and what I didn’t need to worry about (simple terms…facts…straightforward)
So I’ll put it to you straight, the way that I was treated before and after Gallagher’s treatment, their ability to work with my schedule, the no-nonsense conversation with the Doctor after Gallagher’s visit and of course the way in which they treated Gallahger (which is the most important thing to any pet owner, I think) was simply top class.
After reading about kaykat’s experience with the Granville Island Vet, I know that I’m not alone! Just be sure you know how to get there (which I found tricky at first):
The take away from all of this?
I highly recommended the Granville Island Vet, not just as a pet owner, but someone who knows good service and commitment to your experience when he sees it.
