bad_advertising.jpgTaking away word-of-mouth advertising for a second, getting noticed through the media, whether it be through the ‘Net, print, and/or TV, is something that business owners take seriously.

And why shouldn’t they?  Attracting business is a large part of growing one’s business.  Once customers walk through the door (virtual or real), however, it all comes down to service.  Picture it as putting the horse before the cart (as opposed to the other way ’round).

Focusing on the horse for a second, and if you want to get some useful tips on what not to do (if you’re a photoshop user), then have a look at photoshopdisasters.

In just a few months, they’ve captured a lot of ‘examples’.  My favourites thus far: H&R Block, New York Chicken Wings, Tommy Hilfiger, and String Cheese.
