Since opening its doors in late 2008, a couple of things about Miku Restaurant have caught our attention (and thus, made us want to share):
- Miku is owned by the world renowned Japanese Restaurant Group, Tora Corporation;
- Miku uses organic, local BC ingredients and sustainable materials where possible;
- Miku is very well laid out with clean lines and a sleak design;
- Miku places great importance on offering healthy and organic culinary choices while celebrating the art of new and innovative Aburi cuisine; and last but not least
- Aburi = the art of flame seared sushi!
